never want to come down, never want to put my feet back down on the ground

I had a completely different outfit in mind when I woke up this morning, but as I started to review in my head the schedule for the day, I realized I had to change everything up. the reason is I am going to see a dance show called depeche//dance. the show is produced by choreographer massimo gerardi and features among others one of the most talented romanian dancers, razvan mazilu. I can't say I am a big fan of contemporary dance acts, but being a HUGE depeche mode fan, I couldn't pass this opportunity. so, with that in mind, I realized my outfit for the show has to be black. after all, we're gonna have a black celebration tonight. if you're a depeche fan or ever been to a depeche party you know what I am talking about. I chose a shirt dress that looks kinda military (ok, maybe only in my imagination) and thought was perfect for the event. I mean, just by looking at it, it screams depeche to me, for reasons I can't explain. that's the way things are sometimes, you just have a feeling about something and you can't quite put it into words. the houndstooth tights complete the look, and I am so ready to see the show and enjoy some music for the masses.

coat: reject * dress: orsay, thrifted * tights: meli melo * shoes: dgm
