Have I been wearing this bag non stop ever since I got it? I sure did. I really goes with everything and I've been carrying it with me all everywhere I went. I am pretty much enchanted with everything I picked up at New Look and with this bodycon dress especially. I recently came to the conclusion that a simple silhouette can have a much greater impact if the pieces are well tailored and the accessories are on point. In the past I would have been tempted to add lots of colors or massive necklaces to enhance the dress, but now I love the statement it makes on its own.

Go and roll down a rabbit hole
Hello bunnies! I hope you will forgive my sudden disappearance and the recent lack of posts on the blog. I was away on a business trip to the UK last week and had no time to take outfit photos, and didn't have anyone to take photos of me anyway. I was stuck in this small town outside London with nothing to do after work, but I did manage to get some shopping therapy one evening. I found a New Look shop nearby and walked away with some pretty awesome items such as this patchwork bag (the grey part is wool and feels super soft to the touch) and this cozy long cardigan. Shopping always brightens my days.

Not your average Valentine's day outfit

Short on ideas on what to wear on V day? How about doing something different this year? I am currently obsessed with jumpsuits so I thought these choices I hand picked from Sheinside might inspire you. Opt for a long one if you are looking for a more sleek and elegant look. Choose either a v neck, sleeveless or spaghetti strap one and you are sure to stand out. If you want to go for something more relaxed, flirty and playful, then go for a short jumpsuit in a quirky heart print, a nude one with lace details or a loose floral number.

No cars go
It turns out, a traffic stopping outfit does not necessarily mean an extravagant one. I have been drawn to more basic and simpler silhouettes lately and if worn with confidence, they can have such a high impact. Black has never been boring to me, I always feel empowered when wearing it, much more than say wearing red. Take one old, ragged, loose cowl neck sweater, pair it with a striped skirt that has a bit of volume to it, put on your over the knee boots and finish things off with a neutral bucket bag. Walk with attitude, your head high and your shoulders straight. Operation cannot possibly fail.

I'm thinking about my doorbell, when ya gonna ring it?
Dear Mr. Jack White, in case you are thinking about a reunion for your band The White Stripes, please consider this as my application. Don't know if you guys know this, but band members Jack and Meg White, bless their eccentric souls, used to dress only in black, white and red. I may not have any musical talents to speak of, but at least from a sartorial point of view, I am ready to join the band. You'll be seeing a lot more these red pants, but I really wanted my first outfit to be in this color combo.
